The Pea Ridge Building Department is located in the City Hall, 975 Weston Street.
Building inspections are required for all new construction activities. New construction can include single family structures, remodels or additions, as well as all commercial and industrial construction.

Additional Duties In addition to inspections, the building department is also responsible for coordinating the city’s addresses in conjunction with the Fire and Police Departments, administering the city’s floodplain program, and ensuring that each structure and building within the city is in compliance with local, state and Federal development and construction codes.
